Water spotless -The frying oil and the pickles one damages the environment and dirty water. All it takes to turn it into a resource.

The "Water spotless" project will cover 6.900 families (1.735 in Vimercate, a Velasca fraction, 3.324 in Bellusco and 1.808 in Mezzago ) for a total of more than 15.500 citizens. It is assumed that, once fully operational, you can gather about 25/30 Total tons which would produce 40.000 kWh of electricity and 43.000 kWh of thermal energy, useful to electrically power a local elementary school for a year and contribute to warming it for a 10%. In the province of Monza and Brianza, currently, municipalities recover about 10% of used cooking oils, mainly coming from the restaurant.
