OILPLAN - New system for the collection of used vegetable oils

Ten years passed since Olivia containers were placed for the first time in Italy, those containers were for recycling of used vegetable oil from domestic consumers, installed directly on the streets: installations were carried out by Civitanova Marche, Porto Recanati and Potenza Picena municipalities. Startiing with these municipalities the companies Cosmari Srl, Adriatica Oli Srl and Nuova C. Plastica Srl launched a pilot project with ten roadside containers that have been now developed in OILPLAN-Eco, a new management and monitoring system for the collection of this liquid urban waste. OILPLAN-Eco is an internet service accessible from PC, Tablet and Smartphone that through the "electronic card NCP" makes the container “ clever “.
